If anyone has any idea on whats going on with this truck please help. It smokes until its warm or until I drive it. Here lately it has zero throttle resonse until it warms up a little.

Looks like head gasket to me.

White smoke means that the diesel fuel is not burning correctly due to a lack of heat in the combustion chamber. This unburnt diesel contains minor toxins that may sting your eyes. This problem may be caused by: A clogged fuel filter. Incorrect injector pump timing.

What Finally fixed the problem?? I have the same issue -
"Cranks right up and runs fine" It obviously has a misfire, you can hear it, and from the smoke it probably had a leaking injector, just because they are new doesn't mean they are good. A good running 7.3L runs super smooth.

when you installed your injectors, it's possible one of the orings didn't seat properly and is allowing oil to pass and burn in the combustion.. just went thru that on mine

so after this video you replaced the injectors again to fix the problem? or did it just fix it self haha

knocking or slapping of the pistons. heads or rods might be slapping.

That seems like a stiction issue.

The problem is the injector wiring harness and or the valve cover gasket pass thru connections: just by listening to the engine its obvious that one or two injectors aren't firing properly.

Yeah it's water being burned and turned into a gas. Just condensation. Usually once on the freeway it mixes in better.

what ended up being the real issue to get it to stop smoking like that mine does the same thing until it's warm then it goes away

Create us what was the last thing you changed or did my 7.3 is doing the same thing, I parked it I don't want to be just throwing parts at it especially when funds are low. I have oil leak in from tail pipe as well

injector cup or cups are cracked and are bad water and fuel is mixing
