Just started up workouts again and knew fitnessblender would be here to kick my butt! haha loved the workout and great warm down, too :) I will eventually work myself up to advanced workout again! Had to stop and have a break because of my obsessive around food and working out. I think I have a happy medium now though ^^

Are these exercise good if I have scoliosis? I like this workout, I am sweating a lot, I feel like my entire body is working, however on the next day I feel a numb pain in the back. Is there a specific exercise in this workout which I should stop doing if I have scoliosis?
