Machines | 2 wheel drives plow snow!
videos | at work | information | view | construction
For all the nay sayers, 2 wheel drive does plow snow, this is without weight and has chains. when weight was added chains weren't needed. Watch this before someone says you have to have 4wd to plow snow! Enjoy. ( my sister took this for me sorry bout the narration)

Yep. I believe it too. I had 2wd trucks years back and used chains or studded snow tires. It was easier with the chains and i felt more confident but, a 2wd set up right is capable. A 4wd will pull the front end down in the snow more.

I plow with a 1970 K10 with non functioning 4wd (there's no axle shafts in the front end, idk why, it was like that when i got it) and it does just fine with a bed full of wood and chains. The only time I got it stuck was because I got the front tires stuck in a snowbank, and even then I still managed to get it out under it's own power.
