This 47 M2 Habiterra home was built in Mexico in 14 hours without any equipment, skilled labor or pre-fabricated parts. The gray cost including electrical and plumbing installations included. Cost may vary per location region, however an Habiterra block should cost less than a standard 8" block. 2,568 blocks were need at a cost of $0.50 per block.

CDNAIRN 4 MHR ! PRESENTS ...

The system looks fine, I'm suspicious about the cost. It also takes skill to hang a door.

it's nice that this house was built as a humanities project. I like interconnecting pre-cast block and wall systems. Although I feel the video's description is a little misleading. The cement mixer truck, and the crane-boom to shotcrete the roof, along with the mixers and brick press, is actually equipment. It's not like this was all wheelbarrow work.

La Compro donde tengo que pagar

This is remarkable. I have never seen blocks that tessellate like that. It also looks like you don't need mortar. Very cool!

The cost of $2500 was for what ? - just the blocks - you could not get this built for that money - employing even 4 people for a week would cost you that much, then the cement and the electrical +++++ - no way the final cost of this house was less than $12000 minimum !!!! Please specify honest costs, and the structure seems way more complex than necessary, why such fiddly shaped blocks - you would lose edges & pointy bits while delivering them - seems they are trying for a completely indestructible house rather than quick & simple !!!!

How come you didn't show the inside?

is this legal in all 50 states? will it pass planning?
