at the pap here they always have the wheels, tail pipes... and scissor jacks all taken out. I really do like pap though. I have found all sorts of "gems" at pap. I got a MINT condition "dino" steering wheel from a 240z ( I for my 1982 datsun truck) I got the wooden datsun shift knob too lol I also got MANY aftermarket speakers... they are behind the grilles people never think to look lol.

I had just wondered and posted--on another video--whether it was possible to power up a cluster to read the mileage on a donor car. Thanks. Now that I know this, I can find out a lot of things...like whether the cluster I need will require a mileage offset...or how to find one that's close in mileage to my old one. (I know I can swap the electronics from my old one, but this is easier.)

if the part is small enough just steal it and ALWAYS take as many fuses as you can find I mean you do have pockets. never put and parts with your tools they'll find it

remember to stay hydrated. so you don't overheat. most times you do a lot of walking.

when I gotta get a part but don't have the extra cash,,I go pull it and hide it in a random vehicle until I have the money.I have also found some really good stuff by just searching through the cars 1st.
