I have this exercise 3 times over the past days.. First time it required 45 mins for me to complete all 10.. 2nd time it required 40 mins.. and the 3rd time it required 36 mins..Except for the last one I am happy with one arm taking me down.. however most of the one arm get up burpees i had to use 2nd arm to get up.. I am going to keep Pushing and hoepfully loose my belly fat completely..Will keep posted on my progress on weekly basis..ALL THE BEST to anyone trying this..

Looks its a great one.... but we're fatties.... we cant jump , stand and move all my fat ass at the same time .... I mean... i want to train hard.... but this one doesn't work for me.... this one is for experts.

it took me 25-30 min to finish this workout and I even made it easier for myself by doing 24 burpies instead of the one arm burpies
